Transform your life with the power of thinking. Create a new you today.
We all grow up with certain food preferences and eating habits derived from the environment in which we were brought into this world. For almost everyone, that translates into bad eating habits and addictions to foods that give momentary pleasure but contribute to escalating health issues, and for many, too many pounds on your frame.

Hello, HAPPY YOU’RE HERE
Join Us in Our Food Revolution — You Have Nothing to Lose But Those Extra Pounds
Most of us grew up grabbing snacks and meals here and there as we rushed about our busy lives. When we had time to relax, it was often over big plates of food and appetizers, washed down by sugary or alcoholic beverages. If we wanted to lose weight, we’d order a diet soda, thinking that we save us some calories.
Now comes the revolution I started almost 15 years ago, which I debuted as The Carb Swappers Diet. Now, as science and people’s realizations about their food choices have both accelerated, I’ve reworked my original diet to account for those who choose to employ apetite suppressors.
I’ve discovered a really inexpensive supplement that curbs appetites. I’ve tried it and can vouch for its effectiveness. Combine this supplement with my Carb Swapping approach, and you’ll shed the pounds rapidly and feel better in all your endeavors.

Don’t see your question? Reach out — we respond personally within one business day.
How does this approach work?
It all begins with a diet I developed for myself about 15 years ago, which I originally published as “The Carb Swappers Diet.” This means to avoid “bad” carbs and to enjoy “good” carbs. “Think and Grow Thin” goes into great detail about choosing right.
Does this approach require some sort of starvation?
Not at all, so long as you choose among food items that are naturally low in carbs, you’ll be fine. Eggs and almost all proteins stand out, as do above-ground veggies and many fruits.
What are your qualifications?
I am just your Average Joe, whose doctor recommended a “low carb” diet to avoid some worsening health conditions I then faced, including rising blood sugar levels.
Can you go back to your old food choices once you’ve lost the pounds?
In part, you can, but you need to watch your carbohydrate intake, which I’m sure you’ve read about or seen in other diet promotions, including Keto. My approach does recognize that we’re all human beings who need to cheat — occasionally.
What if you have a business lunch or a social gathering to attend?
No one is going to think any less of you if you order a salad and stick to salad oil dressings. Skip the appetizers and the sugary — or alcoholic — beverages. You can find a way to semi-indulge once the slim new you has been established.
